Delivery:

All the items on our website are in stock and ship either the same or the next working day unless stated otherwise in the product description (please note with the Christmas period upon us please allow an extra day for dispatch if you require gift wrapping). Occasionally there is an error in our inventory system and an item may be temporarily out of stock or unavailable. If this occurs we will contact you.

Delivery Costs:

When you checkout these are the options that you will be given for postage. If purchasing DVDs please select from the DVD options. If purchasing a combination of DVDs and other items please chose from the parcel postage options.
Also, if you select an option and it is not the best way for your order we will contact you and await your confirmation before processing your order.

International Postage
We will happily post overseas. We will contact you with the postage cost. You can then choose whether or not you wish to proceed with your order. Alternatively, email us with the items you are interested in and we will send you a postage quote before you order.

Return Policy:

We believe in our products if you are not satisfied in any way with your purchase then Young Minds are happy to exchange or refund the purchase price of any product under the following conditions;

All products must be in original condition, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. All products must be returned within fourteen (14) days of purchase. In order for Young Minds to accept your return we need the original receipt and instructions as to whether you wish to return or exchange the product/s.

If the item you are returning is faulty then the product will be replaced and there will be no additional charge for postage or the cost of the product will be refunded. Please let us know your preference.
