You can order with or without an account. If you chose to make an account you will have access to your order status, tracking number and purchase history.
Delivery:
We charge a flat fee per order not per item. $9.90 Australia wide per order. We have online tracking, signature required using Australia Post eParcel.

All the items on our website are in stock and ship within 1-2 working days (allow an extra day if gift wrapping required during busy periods)

Return Policy:
We believe in our products if you are not satisfied in any way with your purchase then Young Minds are happy to exchange or refund the purchase price of any product under the following conditions;
All products must be in original condition, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. All products must be returned within fourteen (14) days of purchase. In order for Young Minds to accept your return we need the original receipt and instructions as to whether you wish to return or exchange the product/s.
If the item you are returning is faulty then the product will be replaced and there will be no additional charge for postage or the cost of the product will be refunded. Please let us know your preference.
