Orders over $150 - free shipping Australia-wide.
We charge a flat fee per order not per item. $9.90 Australia wide per order. We have online tracking, signature required using Australia Post eParcel. (only exception KidKraft Furniture see below)

All the items on our website (except KidKraft Furniture see below) are in stock and ship within 1-2 working days (please allow an extra day if gift wrapping required or an extra day or 2 during the busy Christmas period Nov-Dec) unless stated otherwise in the product description. Occasionally there is an error in our inventory system and an item may be temporarily out of stock or unavailable. If this occurs we will contact you.
Delivery Address: please ensure that you are sending your order and/or gift to the correct address. We can not be held responsible for delivering your order and/or gift to the address you give us if it is the wrong address.

For DVD Only Purchases
DVDs only (1 or more)
Australia-wide DVD $4.95
KidKraft products due to size and weight dispatch directly from the KidKraft distributor by courier and incur an additional postage charge based on weight and delivery destination. After you Check Out you will be emailed with a postage quote for your KidKraft item/s before your KidKraft item/s dispatch (and before your KidKraft item/s are charged to your credit card). All other Young Minds products dispatch from the Young Minds warehouse as described above after purchase from Young Minds.
If you purchase a combination of Young Minds and KidKraft products - your Young Minds products will incur the Young Minds flat shipping rate and will be dispatched; and you will also receive an email with the postage quote for your KidKraft product/s and you can then decide whether you wish to proceed with your KidKraft furniture purchase. Your KidKraft furniture will not be charged to your credit card until you decide to proceed with your KidKraft purchase. All KidKraft furniture comes with a 12 month distributor warranty.

We only dispatch overseas by prior arrangement and items that can not be purchased locally. Please email us with the items you are interested in and we will send you a postage quote before you order.
We use Australia Post.
Return Policy:
We believe in our products if you are not satisfied in any way with your purchase then Young Minds are happy to exchange or refund the purchase price of any product under the following conditions;
All products must be in original condition, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. All products must be returned within fourteen (14) days of purchase. In order for Young Minds to accept your return we need the original receipt and instructions as to whether you wish to return or exchange the product/s.
If the item you are returning is faulty (please email us with the issue) then the product will be replaced and there will be no additional charge for postage or the cost of the product will be refunded. Please let us know your preference. Please email us to give you the return code for faulty items. Some items, such as Le Toy Van, we are able to provide replacement pieces without the need to return the whole item. Please contact us with any issues.
