IMPORTANT LE TOY VAN NOTE:
If you have recently purchased a Le Toy Van Large Item - to ensure that your gift will be perfect for the big day we suggest that you either assemble the item if possible or open up the item and check the parts against the instructions (today or tomorrow if you can) to make sure you have all the right pieces and there are no defects with any of the components.
We have had very few problems with Le Toy Van products over the years but as they are all hand finished and come flat packed directly from the manufacturer overseas, we would ask that you check the item if you can. Reason being our Le Toy Van distributor will be closed from Dec 19th until mid Jan 2013 and if there is an issue or problem we would not be able to get a spare part or replacement part within these dates.
If you do find any issue with the item please let us know immediately so that we can resolve straight away and have everything perfect before the big day. Please email a photo along with the part description.
If that is not possible please use your gift and the replacement part will com in Jan and can be swapped over.
